Here’s my follow-up to the sneak peek at Baby V. Have you been sitting at the edge of your seat in anticipation?? I sure have. I have the pleasure of introducing to you Baby Varsha. The name Varsha means “rain.” As the saying goes, when it rains it pours. The cuteness—it pours.

I spent a lovely afternoon getting to know Baby Varsha and her mom. Varsha gets really red when she’s upset. She smiles in her sleep. Oh man, does she smile in her sleep. Those newborn smiles just make me melt. Varsha also has a brow that furrows. Her furrowed brow is so serious and grown-up for such a fresh, brand new little person. Be warned. You might just have to go and have a(nother) baby if you saw her furrowed brow.

Varsha was a sweet, easygoing baby and a great photography subject. Mom was great at getting her to fall sleep. She did the hard work of providing all the mother’s love and comfort that was needed! Following with some beautiful photography couldn’t have been easier.

I feel so privileged to have participated in and documented such a wonderful time in Varsha’s life. Thank you to Varsha’s family for your hospitality and delicious Indian sweets!
