Oh lordy! Look at that face! That smile! That chocolate smudge. I seriously just want to eat him up. You’d better keep him away from me until I calm down or I very well may!! What a darling boy you’ve got there!! Oh!

One Minute Photo Tip ♥ Get Down

Comments (1)

We’re back with another One Minute Photo Tip! I started this series to help parents take better pictures of their kids (but of course, you can apply these tips to nearly anything, not just children). There are lots of photography tutorials out there, but here, I make my tips fast, easy, and achievable with your everyday point-and-shoot camera. You are what makes a beautiful photograph, not an expensive electronic contraption!

For more on this, check out the explanation in One Minute Photo Tip’s original post.

One Minute Photo Tip #2

Big Sigh. ♥ Newborn Baby Portraits

Comments (7)

Newborns just make me sigh. Big time. Here’s one sweet, sweet baby boy, Micah, who was just 8 days old when I visited. Newborns change so quickly, even in a manner of 1-2 weeks. This is the perfect time to capture the warm and fuzzies.

I love how newborns are so curled up and oh-so-content when they are sleeping.

Here’s mom snuggling up to baby Micah, who needed a little pit stop and some comfort in between posing time.

Oh, the toes!

I’m madly in love with this set of images. What a beautiful mother! What a beautiful baby! What a beautiful room!

Sigh!

Jeannie! These are stunning. I can just imagine that Micah must have been curled up in the womb the way he is in that second shot. And you’re so right, that mama and baby are beautiful!

Oh my goodness Jeannie, Beautiful job! I love the third image how you framed the mother and baby, but then I scrolled down to the bottom, and I was stunned at the last pair. The light, colors, and emotion in them are simply perfect.
