Here’s a story one of the San Francisco Giants’ newest little fans—a true Bay Area baby—baby J. We can catch a glimpse of his story before he was born. His parents had prepared a beautiful room for him. You can tell how much love went into it and how much excitement there was in waiting for him.

What was so touching about Eowyn and Kenny was how long they waited for their new daughter. It was not just the usual nine months, but actually five long years. They called it a journey, and I was honored to have participated in one tiny step of the journey. The pride and love for such a long-awaited little person must be so enormous.
