When you purchase any portrait product from me, I take time and care to perfect your images in the digital darkroom. You will know that you are purchasing a work of art that is uniquely personalized to you and which will be backed by a 100% lifetime guarantee of delight.

Images come out of the camera, by default, looking very bland. After I download your images to my computer and back up them up to 3 different locations, I give them basic adjustments to correct for color, contrast, and brightness. At this stage, these basic proof files are shown to you as proofs in your gallery or slideshow. For wedding clients, these are the images included with your coverage.

When you make your order, I give your purchased image(s) complete retouching and artistic enhancement to create your ART file. I spend time polishing and perfecting them in the digital darkroom to: 1) enhance skin tones (too much red looks like lobster skin when printed), 2) remove blemishes, stray hairs, and distracting elements, 2) enhance the artistic expression of the image.
